We want your RIVETTA suit to fit perfectly. If it doesn't, you can start a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return your order without giving a reason. For orders shipped later this period starts when you physically receive the item.
The product must be unused, all tags attached and the original packaging undamaged. Signs of use (smells, creases in the leather) may result in a partial refund.
Use our returns portal. Enter your order number and email, choose the items and provide the reason. You will then receive the return address and, where applicable, a shipping label by email.
After receipt and inspection, we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Custom-made products and items with clear signs of use are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
